Magnificent recreation of the classic Donkey Kong in the style of the old Game and Watch machines.

Donkey Kong is a mythical Nintendo game that launched the first ever appearance of the plumber Mario, who has to rescue the princess who is trapped by the terrible gorilla Donkey Kong. Here is a description of the game´s mechanics:

You control Mario, and each screen has various heights, and on the highest is Donkey Kong with the kidnapped princess. You start at the bottom and have to search for and go up the levels, avoiding traps that the gorilla left for you. If you get to the top and get hold of the crane hook, you defeat Donkey Kong.

The game has two difficulty levels, A (easy) and B (difficult). use the arrow keys to move, and the SHIFT keys to jump. When you get to the top you have to jump to try and get hold of the crane hook and upset the platform on which Donkey Kong is sat. You win more points when you do it in less time, and for every 300 points you get an extra life.
